What is myCertipost?

myCertipost is a well-organised and reliable co-worker who relieves you of tedious administrative tasks. With myCertipost you can:

  • Receive invoices and payslips online
    No more paper burden! From now on, you will receive your invoices and payslips electronically – in other words, over the internet - in your strictly personal, secure myCertipost mailbox.

  • Store important information in your online safe
    myCertipost provides an online safe in which any type of file can be uploaded and safely stored for as long as you need. Here you can archive your electronic invoices, as well as copies of your identity card, diplomas or building plans, or digital photos of the valuable possessions in your house. This can be very practical, for instance, if you are travelling, if you have lost an important document or if you have been burgled.

Creating a myCertipost account is easy and completely free. You can sign up by filling out the online registration form, after which you will receive a log-in name and password. These log-in details will protect confidentiality of your data. If you have a card reader, you can also log in by means of your electronic identity card (eID).
